Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers of CSU East Bay
The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers of CSU East Bay (SHPE-CSUEB) is one of 34 student chapters part of SHPE Region 1 (northwestern United States). Established in 2009, SHPE-CSUEB strives to promote the field of engineering to the Hispanic, CSUEB, and local Hayward community. We work to ensure current and prospective college students are academically and professionally prepared to succeed in their future endeavors.

About the CSUEB Engineering Clubs
SHPE-CSUEB is one of five engineering clubs offered at CSU East Bay. We've worked alongside the other clubs to organize and host events for the CSUEB Engineering Department and entire campus comunity. Events SHPE-CSUEB has co-organized include Study Lockdowns, Winter Social Luncheon, and the Engineering Department's annual End-of-the-Year Event.
